The UK is in a deep crisis: debt is soaring, unemployment is rising and the divided coalition cabinet, led by PM Jim Hacker, is at breaking point. A pipeline deal with the oil-rich country of Kumranistan may be the solution that would grant the floundering government a multi-trillion pound loan. But the deal is blighted at the last minute when the Kumranistan Foreign Secretary makes a scandalous request of Jim’s Private Secretary Bernard Woolley. How will Jim and his team solve this moral and economic dilemma?
