It’s Christmas and George Bailey is thinking about ending it all. Having given up on his personal dreams in order to help others, he struggles to find meaning and happiness in his life. When Clara, his Guardian Angel, intervenes at a crucial moment, George discovers what life for his loved ones and community might have been like if he had never been born. “It’s a Wonderful Life!” is a much-loved seasonal staple for millions, so let CTW warm your heart and raise your festive spirits with this 1940’s classic!
Caroline Froy is directing and she had this to say:
“I’ve been thinking about this one for a while as I love the film; its themes are poignant, and it’s Christmassy (I love the festive season.) After some research I found a non musical version and I’m looking forward to presenting it! Did you know that every time a bell rings an angel gets its wings?”
