By Frances Goodrich, Albert Hackett and Frank Capra. Adapted by Anthony E. Palermo

Performances

Synopsis

It’s Christmas, and George Bailey is thinking about ending it all. He has given up his personal dreams in order to help others. The intervention of his guardian angel shows George how he has touched the lives of others and how different life would be for his wife Mary and his community had he not been born.

Caroline Froy is directing this play and she had this to say:

“I’ve been thinking about this one for a while as I love the film; its themes are poignant, and it’s Christmassy (I love the festive season). After some research I found a non musical version and I’m looking forward to presenting it! Did you know that every time a bell rings an angel gets its wings?”
